Terms and conditions apply:
1. Booking Reserve Fee: 50 million VND is applied to reserve booking 01 unit at The GLORY project
- In case the customer chooses an apartment that does not duplicate with others: The customer will sign Deposit Agreement and continue to pay the remaining 150 million VND to complete the Deposit (200 million VND) within 7 days from the event date.
- In case 01 apartment is selected by many customers: The Lucky Draw method will be applied right on the event day. For customers who are unsuccessful in the Lucky Draw program and do not wish to change to another unit, the booking fee of 50 million VND will be refunded within 20 working days from the event date.
2. Voucher for purchase at AEON Binh Duong worth 10 million VND will be applied to all Customer who sign the Deposit Agreement and pay the full 200 million VND depositat the event date by 11:30 A.M
3. Group purchasing policy
- Group purchase 2 units: each unit will get 0.5% discount
- Group purchase 3 units: each unit will get 1.0% discount
- Group purchase 4 units: each unit will get 1.5% discount
- Group purchase 5 units: each unit will get 2.0% discount
Customers in the group must:
- Submit Group Discount Form to BECAMEX TOKYU before April 1st, 2022 (Friday): 12:00 noon (for customers who have paid the booking reserve fee of VND 50 million)
- Discount rate will be applied based on actual Deposit Agreement of that group
- To confirm the discount rate, the customer will sign a commitment on the number of group members to purchase. In case a member of the group does not sign the Sales Purchase Agreement, the contract value of each customer in the purchase group must return to the original price. If the group wants to keep the discount, the customer must find new members to join this current group.
- Customers who refuse to sign the Sale Purchase Agreement will not be refunded the Deposit.
- Each customer in the group must transfer the 1st installment payment before signing the Sales Purchase Contract/Long-Term Lease Contract.
4. Early payment policy: 2.0% discount
- To customer who sign Sales Purchase Agreement: 3 times payment (20% of Sales Purchase Agreement, 30% after 3 months, 45% before Handover)
- To Long Term Lease Customer: 2 times (50% of Long Term Lease, 50% before Handover)
- To Bank loan customer (20% of Sales Purchase Agreement, 30% after 3 months, 45% before Handover).
